I specialize in supporting folks through relationship struggles, trauma, feelings of emptiness, and creating a more meaningful life that feels like your own, not someone else's. With couples, I focus on meeting each other's emotional needs so that you once again find a home in one another. Clinical supervision for RPs and RP(qualifying)s also available.
Connection, curiosity and creativity are the "three Cs" that keep me passionate about this work. I love being energized by real connection, getting curious with clients about who they are, and creative about how to better thrive as humans in a troubled world.
