Welcome! I support clients in accessing the deep wisdom carried within the body, spirit, and mind. Whether you’re “numbing out” big emotions or reacting to the present with the pain of the past, we will seek to understand how your system is protecting you—and find ways for you to re-integrate into safety and joy in the present. We will work to soothe your nervous system and honour your survival, holding your story with compassion over shame. I offer a creative, collaborative space where your intuition, story, and selfhood will be heard and valued above all else.
I specialize in complex/chronic trauma (C-PTSD & PTSD), attachment wounding, and building emotional safety within anxiety, depression, and BPD symptoms. I offer a holistic,harm-reduction approach to substance use. My practice is multi-modal, combining EMDR, relational, and psychodynamic talk therapy with somatic/body wisdom, creativity, and non-verbal tools.
