This hectic and at times uncertain life can feel overwhelming. When we lack grounding and direction it can feel like we will lose control of our emotions and ourselves. I practice counseling from a non-judgmental and acceptance based perspective where we can use your strengths, past lived experiences and new skills developed during the therapeutic relationship to move through the hard times and achieve your goals. My approach is to support you to identify the habits and patterns in relationships with yourself and others that may not be serving you and with this new awareness move towards your valued goals. EFT and EMDR Certified.
My approach is client-centered and holistic. In our initial sessions, we will work on identifying your goals in this process and develop a treatment plan. We will also consider how the cultural and social context may be related to our work and to the treatment goals. My primary area of focus is treating developmental trauma and attachment wounds.
I am here for you. I am currently accepting new clients. I offer appointments on evenings and weekends and I attempt to schedule sessions with new clients right away. Look forward to connecting with you.
