I believe therapy is a mutually creative process where we can slow down, awaken our curiosity, and discover new ways of moving through life’s challenges. As a multi-disciplinary artist, I bring an experiential approach to my work, especially for people who have found traditional talk therapy limiting or who struggle to put their experiences into words. I enjoy working with queer and disabled clients, artists and creatives, and people of diverse experiences.
Creative practice has taught me the value of exploration: to replenish inspiration, gain fresh perspective, and embrace experimentation as a path for growth. I bring the same spirit into therapy as we explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck, make space for complex emotions, and hold the possibility that more than one truth can exist at the same time.
My practice is shaped by my lived experiences as an artist, educator, and physically disabled person. These experiences have taught me that mental health is deeply connected to the social and systemic contexts we live within. I hope to create a space where you are seen, supported, and free to reconnect with your creativity, strengths, and new possibilities.
