We cannot get through life unscathed, but when we choose to explore our internal motivation and interpersonal relationships with compassion, positive changes can be made. My passion for helping others lies in a person-centered, culturally intuitive, and competent approach where mind and body can be explored safely and inclusively.
As no two stories can have the same plot line, neither can two plans of action. My style is integrative and rooted in a variety of evidence-based interventions, and considers each person’s unique needs, values, and goals, through biopsychosocial and intersectionality factors. The space is always judgment-free, safe, and focused on a collaborative approach.
As your therapist, I aim to guide you through your journey of self-discovery, self-realization, and growth to greater self-awareness. I believe that the key to success lies in the therapeutic relationship and aim to create an environment that offers trust and allows autonomy and authenticity.
