Sometimes, these ways we have of talking to ourselves can become problematic and affect our internal wellbeing, anxiety, relationships, and emotional health. I have a special interest in working with you to explore your internal narratives and identities to help you find ways to create a more positive and cohesive sense of self. I am also uniquely invested in working with teens and young adults. My focus is in the areas of identity formation and trauma recovery including sexual, religious, childhood, and physical traumas.
I draw on several therapeutic theories and my multi-cultural perspective to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. My primary goal is to support you by understanding who you are and what you need to align with your core values and goals. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and welcome people into my space from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
