Finding the right counselor to support you is incredibly important. Relationships are essential to daily life. Whether with a spouse, child, parent, ex-partner or even a work colleague, they can be complicated and, at times, challenging. They take time, thought and effort to develop, nurture and sustain. My hope is to support you by offering a variety of tools to help strengthen the relationships that matter to you most. Whether you are seeking counselling as an individual, couple, or family it is important my clients feel comfortable and safe in each session. Sessions are offered in person, virtually or by phone.
I offer Individual, Couple, Family and Youth, and Family Counselling during separation or divorce. My therapeutic style is person-centered, and solution focused. Depending on the situation and the individual, couple, or family different theories are used as there is no specific theory that is a one size fits all approach.
I believe a clinical setting is not always the best approach in counselling for some clients and offer unique plans incorporating nature or the comfort of your home or workplace into the counselling process. Please enquire about the unique plans available. This is done in a safe, non judgmental environment to feel understood and heard.
