Groups
Moving through Grief with Music

I offer music-based grief support groups online. In these groups of 5-7 people, we use music to explore thoughts and feelings about those who have died and how to carry on in our own lives. Groups run for 6 weeks with each session lasting 90 minutes. There is no need for music training or talent to participate. Your grief is welcome here. The next group begins on March 9th, 2024.

Music for Mental Health for Visible Minorities

I offer a FREE "Music for Mental Health" Support Group in collaboration with the Black Community Resource Center of Montreal (BCRC). The BCRC is a non-profit organization supporting English-speaking visible minorities in Montreal with an emphasis on members of the Black Community. This is a 4-week ZOOM series with two goals: 1) To foster safe and healthy connections within the group as we share and experience music together. 2) To explore how engaging with music can support mental health in daily life. The next group begins on March 9th, 2024.
