Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or your purpose? Maybe you’ve experienced a loss, are navigating a transition, or are curious about how past experiences may be shaping your life today. My compassionate, person-centred approach blends Art Therapy, Somatics and talk therapy to support the complex, and sometimes conflicting, emotions that come with being human. Grounded in a background in Neuroscience, my approach recognizes the powerful connection between the brain and body. I deeply believe in your innate capacity to heal and grow, and always honour that you are the expert in your own life.

Trauma is often stored non-verbally in the brain and nervous system, which can make it difficult to access through words alone. Creative and body-based approaches can offer gentle ways to explore and integrate these experiences. At a pace that feels right for you, we can explore old stories and build new associations that support greater connection and ease.

My journey into Art Therapy began as a client, where I experienced firsthand the power of creativity in healing and self-discovery. As a neurodivergent therapist, my practice is grounded in principles of safety, play, connection, and the belief that creativity is for everyone, no matter their background or abilities.
