It's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the state of the world, or find yourself struggling to make sense of your experiences as we navigate the complexities of this time. We'll work to create strategies to shift how you manage difficult thoughts, feelings & sensations. As a queer feminist therapist, I specialize in illuminating the connections between our experiences and what happens at a systemic level. My hope is that our time together supports you in feeling resourced, resilient, and connected to your values and purpose.
I bring two decades of front line experience to my clinical work, including recent work in hospice and palliative care. I am passionate about supporting caregivers and those navigating complex grief and sudden and traumatic loss.
