I come from a background of working in the social services sector. I have been working in the field for the past seven years. My experience encompasses working with senior’s mental health, supporting children and youth in their rehabilitation/ development plans and directly supporting vulnerable adults. My experience in the social service sector has given me the opportunity to work with diverse individuals, helping them work through many of life’s different challenges. I am a second- generation immigrant and have experience navigating conflicting values and integrating identity.
I value cultural differences and understand the complex nature of intersectionalities. I am intrigued by the uniqueness of every individual I have the honour of guiding. It is my priority to ensure that therapy is collaborative and that my approach is tailored to your individual needs. Honesty and transparency are of utmost important to me.
I am an easy-going individual and am ready to go where each session may take us!
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to guide you in your healing journey and gently challenge you, ultimately encouraging you to achieve your goals.
