I take an integrative and holistic approach to treating sexual problems. Recognizing that our sexuality is impacted by our personal histories, family of origin, mental and physical health, romantic relationships, culture, and society, I work alongside clients to understand their unique sexual history and help them navigate obstacles to true sexual intimacy.
Whether sex is the main concern, or a part of a larger relationship issue, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable to openly explore their sexual and intimate relationships. My goal is to help clients embrace their sexuality and connect more intimately and authentically with their partner in, and outside of, the bedroom.
