Using an emotionally focused lens, I approach counselling with empathy, a little bit of humour and a lot of compassion. I provide individual and couples counselling, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-sabotaging tendencies, and relationship breakdown or betrayal repair - helping them find the path back to one another and themselves.
