I have a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a certified trauma therapist through Laurier University and a trained supervisor. My current practice focuses on elements of IFS, ACT and trauma informed areas of practice.
Primarily, I hope to create a safe space for you to share your experiences and develop skills and knowledge to help you navigate your world. I know life has challenges which seem impossible to overcome and it can seem overwhelming at times, the hope is we can walk along your path together.
