I bring gentle curiosity, humour, and warmth into how I show up for my clients. Along with a trauma-centered approach that focuses on early attachments and experiences, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor our work together based on your strengths and needs. I'm also trained as an art therapist and love to incorporate creativity into my work.

Creating a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and honoured in your experience is incredibly important to me. As humans, we are all imperfect, a little messy, and navigating this life for the first time.
