As a Doctoral Trainee in Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University (practising under supervision), I bring my own journey as a Kenyan Muslim woman of South Asian ancestry to understand how identity, faith, migration, and culture shape your inner world in ways that aren't always easy to name.
