About
I am a Registered Social Worker and an Ontario Certified Teacher, and I am currently offering in-person therapy, or fully online from anywhere in Ontario. I provide an eclectic, client-centered approach to counselling, using best-practices and various treatment methods on a highly individualized basis. I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and have experience in Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused, and Play Therapy. I also have a background working with individuals with dual diagnoses, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and complex special needs.
I offer support with individuals, children, couple's, and families, in many different areas, including: anxiety, depression, personality disorders, behavioural issues, low mood, low motivation, relationship/family struggles, and general day to day stressors.
Seeking help is the first and sometimes hardest step. Reach out today, and we can discuss how I can best support you on your journey while you achieve your personal goals.
