About
Accepting New Clients for AUG 2022. Are you finding yourself exhausted after daily challenges with your child or teen, or do these battles stir up your own emotions? You're not alone in feeling this way. I specialize in providing support for children and teens alongside their caregivers to help establish and nurture happier relationships. I support clients to work through big feelings, anxieties and mood concerns, and life transitions including separation and divorce. Challenges with mental health and changes are common with developing brains, and I'm here to help. Young adulthood is also a major transition, and I can help you too!
In my work with clients, I provide your family with the coping tools and language to navigate big feelings and struggles. Every family is unique and I create a customized approach to match your special family, to help achieve greater communication and reduce symptoms at home, school and in the community, setting up your family for future success.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia and I am also registered as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. My services may be covered through your extended health benefits. I do offer some sliding scale spots for clients whose financial situation is a barrier.
