With a decade of experience as an educator and a background focused on childhood experience and development, I bring a grounded, practical understanding of growth and learning to my therapeutic work. Currently a counselling intern completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I draw on my perspectives as both an educator and a mother to offer an inclusive, compassionate space where every story is valued and heard without judgment.
My own family and experience teaching draws me to a strengths-based approach when supporting individuals or families with neurodivergence, as well as families with LGBTQIA+ members. I am also interested in providing care for those experiencing major changes, such as newcomer families, university students living far from home, and new parents.
