I offer assessment and treatment services to clients aged 16+ across British Columbia. I treat a broad range of conditions but I particularly specialize in anxiety and OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioural change (e.g., substance use, eating and healthy weight, lifestyle changes). I have worked in many settings including services for substance use, chronic pain, body image, healthy weight and bariatric surgery, community mental health, neuropsychological assessment, and inpatient and forensic settings. Whether you’re facing daily stressors or deeply rooted concerns, I’m here to guide you towards positive change.
My approach is grounded in proven therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT, CPT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), third wave therapies (ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based) and trauma-informed care. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, so I tailor my interventions to fit your specific needs.
In our sessions, you’ll find a non-judgmental, collaborative atmosphere where your goals take priority. Together, we’ll work to foster insight and awareness, build coping skills, apply strategies to reduce symptoms, and enhance your overall well-being and functioning in your daily life.
