Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and unable to cope with the hand you've been dealt? Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we feel lost, alone, and that it is getting harder to enjoy ourselves in the world and our relationships. Anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual concerns, and relationship issues are some of the things we can work through together to help get you back to enjoying life. I work with individuals and couples to explore patterns, ways of thinking, and underlying issues that have an impact on current experiences.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share their story. I focus on relationship concerns and sex therapy for individuals and couples. I often work with clients who are dealing with lack of intimacy, poor communication, sexual concerns, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I commonly work from an attachment based, trauma-informed perspective.
I use multiple approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Sex Therapy, CBT, and EMDR. Together we will identify your goals and strategies that fit best.
