Finding a therapist who understands your values, identities, and lived experiences can make all the difference in feeling safe enough to do meaningful therapeutic work. Many people come to therapy having spent years educating providers about their identities, relationships, or family structures, I believe you deserve a space where that labor isn’t required. You are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and respect. I work with individuals and relationships of many structures, including 2SLGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and polyamorous partnerships.
Folks seek therapy with me to explore a variety of topics including, gender identity and sexuality, shifting relationship dynamics, family of origin healing, fertility, and parenting. I have a particular passion for providing affirming, sex-positive and kink-aware therapy where clients can explore desire, shame, intimacy, and pleasure without judgment.
As a queer therapist, my goal is to create a therapeutic space that is not only affirming, but also celebratory of queer identities, resilience, and chosen family. I practice from a feminist, relational, and harm-reduction framework, with attention to power, systems, and the ways oppression and trauma shape our nervous systems and relationships.
