Welcome! Through a relational and collaborative approach, I work with children, youth, adults, and parents/caregivers who are experiencing challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting, prenatal/postpartum changes, and peer and family relationships. In this current landscape, with many things vying for our attention, we struggle to process information, find our strengths, build agency, and remain connected with our community, our world, and nature. The therapy process offers us the opportunity to reframe our beliefs and behaviours, see new possibilities, and explore hope and reconnection.
Parenting and school-related support are key areas of my counselling practice. As a parent of two kids, and as a teacher and school counsellor, I support families through behaviour challenges, school refusal, technology use, Individual Education Plans, and collaboration with school teams. I love helping families connect, grow, and find resources!
Please reach out if you are looking for a counsellor to help you navigate this bumpy road of life. You are not alone. When we work together, we can strengthen connection, focus, and wellness within our homes and communities. I would be honoured to work with you.
