About
I help clients who are looking to feel more like themselves. I help people who are hoping to make a positive and lasting change in their lives. Using creative interventions and talk therapy I can help you to develop a strong sense of safety and connection with yourself. Currently accepting new clients. Evening appointments available.
I offer individual counselling and music therapy sessions to young adults/adults using a confidential online platform or in person. I specialize in using creative interventions to help people develop their self awareness as well as using the body for intuitive wisdom. Strength based, anti-oppressive practices and an inter-sectional lens inform my work.
