I work with people who are looking for a way to better understand themselves and feel less alone, process a traumatic experience or relationship, or finally talk about something that they have been holding inside. I offer in person relational therapy, along with EMDR for processing traumatic experiences. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and work with new parents to adjust to the feelings, changes, and identity shifts that can come with a new baby.
Above all I emphasize the importance of a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship where we collaborate so that you can process what has been overwhelming and move toward a greater sense of calm and self-understanding.
