Currently accepting new clients, with immediate availability! I work with youth, young adults, post-secondary students, and women who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, school-related stress, and major life transitions, including pregnancy and the postpartum period.
With a background in education and experience supporting neurodiverse children and youth, I bring a strong understanding of how learning, emotions, and everyday demands intersect. I know how much it matters for young people to feel understood rather than corrected, and for support to include practical strategies alongside a strong therapeutic relationship.
I work closely with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their experiences, clarify what matters most to them, and develop strategies that are realistic and sustainable. I am currently completing my clinical placement and practice under supervision.
