Have you lived through a traumatic event? Are you navigating life after childhood trauma or experiencing ongoing distress in your life? I believe it is possible to recover and reduce the effects of hurtful events or challenging circumstances on your life. We will discuss together, at your own pace, how your past and identities affect you now. This includes looking at how you feel about yourself and in your relationships. Distressing events were often made worse by isolation, so having another person guide you through this process can be meaningful.
Is your relationship to food and your body causing you pain due to chronic dieting, distressed eating or trauma? As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I help clients shift their relationship to food, themselves and their body. Intuitive Eating is a compassionate, self-care framework that accepts bodies at every size.
I will support you with whatever feelings, thoughts or circumstances you find troubling and help you move past them. In sessions you may process emotions or thoughts that have been overwhelming. I offer free 20-minute consultations virtually and in-person. Contact me today or book a free consultation.

Whether it is from trauma or current circumstances, we will explore what is causing you distress so that you can have the connections and life you want. By feeling seen and understood, it becomes easier to express your thoughts and feelings and shift unwanted behaviours. Clients develop greater compassion for themselves and are able to connect with others more easily and resolve conflict.
