Hello and welcome! My name is Sara Mayrand, and I founded Beautiful Minds- a counselling service. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have graduated from my Masters in counselling psychology and a Bachelors degree in criminology. I am offering counselling services in-person and virtually. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, unmanageable anger, relationship problems, self-esteem concerns, trauma, or family problems, I can help you work through it.
My goal as a counsellor is to collaborate with you to create a specific plan to allow for a safe space, to help you reach personal goals, and to improve your well-being.
