Imagine if your relationships could be a source of joy & comfort, rather than stress & insecurity - able to handle any conflict that arises. I can help. Maybe you & your partner are struggling; stuck in old patterns with poor communication, feeling disconnected & wanting more intimacy. Maybe you're dealing with infidelity or another kind of betrayal. Maybe you're having difficulty relating to family members or friends - unresolved tension with parents, conflict with your kids, or feeling like you can't be your self around others. Perhaps you're feeling stressed out, anxious, lonely, and you want to stop being so hard on yourself.
In couple therapy, we work together to uncover the core, underlying issues fuelling your conflicts. You will learn to identify yours & your partner's triggers & vulnerabilities - and what to do about them! You will also develop skills to repair when you have conflict; tools that you can apply to any issue. Let's face it; it's never about the toothpaste...
In individual therapy, we work to explore & heal old wounds that are interfering in the present, including betrayal trauma. I welcome & enjoy working with other therapists. I practice PACT, DARe, EFT, & Gottman Couple Therapy. I'm a certified mindful self-compassion teacher & feel the benefits in my own life. I am a partner of 32 yrs & have two kids & a cat.

Groups
Compassion for Couples - March 4 - April 22, 2025
This program allows couples to focus on themselves, each other and their relationship in a deep way. We will practice skill-building through a combination of meditation, experiential exercises, didactic learning, and discussion. You’ll spend time cultivating compassion with your partner, and have time to share in supportive community of other couples learning alongside you. With compassion at the core of our relationships, we can risk being vulnerable with each other. Find your way back to each other or safeguard the connection you already have by joining us for Compassion for Couples.
