I believe mental health is not a permanent state but a dynamic one, characterized by periods of equilibrium and disequilibrium. The latter can manifest as frustration, disappointment, helplessness, somatic pain, chronic fatigue, dysfunction, job loss, impulsive behaviors, relational difficulties, and varying levels of anxiety.
