Sara provides client-centered counselling services for children, youth, adults, and couples. She offers an eclectic approach to counselling, utilizing different therapies that are personally suited for her clients based on their personalities and difficulties. It is her belief that all people have the ability to heal and make positive changes to their lives. With empathy and validation, she integrates skills within these sessions to create a safe, relaxed, and confidential environment. Sara’s main orientation of practice is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Sara uses evidence-based, effective therapy to address, manage and heal issues. Her goal is to assist Clients to start living their lives the way they imagine. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, relationship reconciliation, life stages, self-harm, self-esteem, divorce, trust, anger, and stress, Sara can help with your healing and growth.
Sara has a Masters in Social work and is registered with the BCCSW and the BCASW. By discovering and understanding your foundation of beliefs and values, we can work towards healing the wounds of the past to change your current situation.
