I offer a safe, inclusive therapeutic experience so that you can feel like you are being heard and are able. Many of my clients have experienced mental health concerns or trauma and have found just talking about what happened, did not help. I focus on thoughts, feelings and physical sensations through talk, art and movement based activities.
