I support pre‑teens, teens, and young adults (ages 10–25) as they navigate the challenges of growing up. Clients come to me for a relatable approach to anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning, school stress, and peer relationships. After 15+ years as an educator and now as a therapist, I help youth connect clinical skills to real‑world situations. My practice is neuroaffirming and inclusive, supporting a wide range of youth, including gifted individuals and those across the gender and sexuality spectrum.
