I am a Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) working in person and online helping couples and individuals with: relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders and chronic pain. I have been in practice for 16 years with extensive training and experience in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and Addictions Recovery. I help people resolve problems with thoughts, emotions, reactions and habits. I am launching a relationship course for couples to work through from home (with live support) to turn things around when difficulty starts before therapy.
I am genuine and heartfelt in my ability care deeply for each person who is seeking my support. My eclectic training allows me to help people both uncover their own wisdom from different perspectives and learn practical and specific new skills and experiences to support the changes they are wanting.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to allow clients to meet me and get a sense if it feels like a good fit before getting started.
