Hello and welcome! I am a heart-centered therapist whose passion is helping you to integrate all aspects of yourself so you can feel at home in your body, mind and emotions, at peace with the past, and grounded in the present. Whatever your current situation may be, I would love to help you to gain perspective, clarity and agency to move towards positive change. My particular counselling niche is helping you move towards greater self-worth. I believe that if you feel good about who you are on the inside, it improves every aspect of your life - your relationships, your stress level, your work, your self-trust and your well-being.

As a parent, step-parent, former high school counsellor, teacher and vice-principal, I bring extensive experience working with adults and families. I have volunteered at the Vancouver Crisis Center and led the Connect attachment-based Parenting courses.

I also provide clinical supervision and consultation to beginning, intermediate and seasoned counselling professionals. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BCACC and provide both individual and group supervision. I am currently seeing clients online only.
