I hold a Masters of Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I have worked as a Youth and Family Counsellor and Program Coordinator that served low income populations and newcomers. In working with children and adults, I have passion for finding unique ways to create a personal therapy space for you that doesn't just feel like a chat.
Though I take an approach that fits you, I draw from Behavioural, Polyvagal, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and trauma- and culturally- informed frameworks.
