I work with adults in addressing stress, anxiety, mood issues, grief, relationship problems or life transitions, such as retirement. I am here to listen and support you in working toward your goals, while providing tools & guidance for overcoming the challenges that bring you to therapy. I use a collaborative approach that will help you better understand yourself, strengthen your ability to cope, and improve your personal confidence & emotional balance in life.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds dealing with a wide range of issues, and I am comfortable integrating various approaches in order to meet each person's needs.
I am interested in hearing your story and would be delighted to connect with you for a consultation. I currently work with individuals aged 16 and older and I am accepting new referrals to my part-time private practice. Sessions are offered in-person, or by video call or telephone.
