Anyone who is not experiencing fullness and freedom like they were created to! Someone who wants more and is unsatisfied with just getting by or surviving and wants to live fully alive and free. They are ready to do whatever it takes to meet their goals and be the best version of themselves.
I use a variety of methodologies, attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Body work, Mindfullness and meditative exercises and I even incorporate art which can be very helpful when dealing with trauma. Trauma is not stored in your brain with words, so working with art allows your brain to release subconscious images.
It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to enter into someone's life and share their journey.
