Are you feeling anxious, on edge, angry or unable to keep your emotions in check? Looking to find some peace and ways to calm and cope then I am here to help. I offer Individual and Family Therapy to children, youth, adults and families. Therapy is hard work but together we can work to find solutions and strategies to help you restore your balance.

I am a registered Social Worker with 17 years experience working with children and families. I work from a strength-based, trauma-informed and attachment based lens. I like to use CBT, DBT, Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapies. I offer child and adult individual therapy as well as family therapy and parenting support.

I also offer Clinical Supervision having supervised 80+ MACP, MSW & BSW students since 2016. I use an individualized approach and I will encourage you to engage in self-reflection in order to grow.
