Through psychodynamic therapy we will explore your inner thoughts/feelings to identify patterns that are currently influencing your behaviour. Together we will create goals to shift these patterns. I am also well-versed in various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Inner-Child Work, and Internal family systems.
I strongly believe that no one should experience pain alone and that we all need support as we navigate life and healing. I see people for who they are and not the problems they choose to discuss.
