You are not broken—and you don’t need fixing. At your core, you are whole. But life, trauma, loss, stress, and relationships can make you feel fragmented or unaligned. With humility and reverence, my work is about helping you remember who you are beneath the layers: sovereign, worthy, and capable of living an authentic life. I work with adults navigating men's issues, life transitions, grief, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and childhood trauma. I also support individuals who feel burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. Healing is not linear, but it is possible.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply respectful of your unique lived experience. Together, we explore not just your struggles, but also your inner wisdom. My style weaves talk therapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and self-inquiry—helping you reconnect with your body, emotions, and sense of self.
It takes courage to seek support, and you're not alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost or simply longing for something more—there is space for you here. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and care. You are worthy and deserving of support as you reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want. When you're ready, I'm here.
