I work with adults navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, infidelity, divorce, burnout, stress, and major life transitions. These “life interruptions” can be disorienting and painful, and you don’t have to face them alone.

I offer a space to slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and begin making sense of what feels overwhelming. I take a holistic approach and blend a variety of tools, including EMDR, ACT, clinical hypnosis, cognitive, narrative, somatic, and IFS therapies. I am also an executive coach.
