I believe that we are all resilient beings, in the process of healing and growing; we have the capacity to explore new ways of living, being and connecting. I’d love to help you break through feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your life, to reignite a deeper sense of worthiness and confidence, feel anchored in your strengths, and more present with yourself and in your relationships. I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, low mood, family/relationship issues, cultural identity, life transitions, and grief & loss. Through life's turbulent times, I can help you feel empowered to heal, grow, and reach your goals.

With over 12 years in the mental health field, I integrate mind and body-centred therapeutic modalities such as, narrative, somatic/body-based, mindfulness, and family systems. I have extensive experience in trauma/PTSD and I am certified in trauma-informed EMDR therapy. I work collaboratively to help restore a sense of well-being to your life.
As a POC counsellor, I honour the ways our connection to intergenerational wisdom of survival, resistance, and resilience are woven into our sense of self. I bring a grounded, relatable presence to sessions, with some humour and lightness. I offer a FREE 15 MINUTE phone consult. You've come this far and I would love to work with you on your path to wellness!
