With 30 years of clinical experience, I have learned that healing happens from the inside out. Sensorimotor psychotherapy includes the body and increases self-awareness through mindfulness practices. I am a Certified in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and and SP Consultant. An area of strength and passion is my ability to connect with adolescents.
My approach views the individual in relation to factors such as gender, family of origin, and life experiences that may have affected development. Psychotherapy considers the wisdom of the body, is a collaborative process designed to explore and reveal the beliefs that form meaning about the self, others and the world.
