Open for new clients! A sanctuary is a space of safety & healing where truth can be spoken and held with care, together we will build that same sense of safety within you. I support adults carrying the echoes of childhood wounds, sexual harm, emotional neglect, & the patterns that make closeness hard. Our work is steady, real, and grounded in compassion. If you’ve spent years feeling too much, not enough, or unsure how to be close without losing yourself, therapy can a grounded place to slow down and understand your inner world. My 15 years in advocacy & inclusion shape how I hold space—rooted in dignity, care & lived experience
I see trauma as the story your body still carries from moments when safety couldn't be counted on. You may crave closeness but flinch from it, fearing exposure. Sometimes emotions feel messy & too much; other times you go numb, disappear inside, or scramble to fix to maintain connection Together, we honor what protected you and create space for new choices.
My therapy style is direct, relational, and deeply attuned. I integrate attachment- and somatic-focused therapy with parts work, expressive arts & capacity building, within a queer- and neurodiversity-affirming framework.
