Maybe it’s time to look a little bit deeper, and go further back into your life than you thought you ever had to for answers. I am trauma informed, culturally sensitive, and systemically oriented. With almost 20 years of experience, I draw from Sensorimotor Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and Emotion Focused Therapy as my orienting theories, while drawing from other approaches as needed. I will not just listen without judgment, but I will offer direct feedback along the way as well.
