Perhaps you are experiencing burnout, ongoing stress, difficulties in communication, or struggling with your self-esteem. Therapy can offer a supportive space to understand what you are experiencing, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change. I am a Brazilian psychotherapist registered in Ontario, with over 9 years of experience and more than 2,000 therapy sessions with kids, teens, adults, and families. My experience includes supporting clients experiencing burnout and workplace stress, relationship and communication issues.
My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Existential Phenomenological Psychotherapy, where I prioritize empathy and active listening to facilitate clients resignify their challenges. I also use Short-term Psychodynamic techniques focusing on assessments of client demands and formulating effective treatment plans and strategies from CBT
