My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Existential Phenomenological Psychotherapy (EPP), where I prioritize empathy and active listening to facilitate clients resignify their challenges. I also use Short-term Psychodynamic techniques focusing on assessments of client demands and formulating effective treatment plans.
