You are not broken and you don’t need to be “fixed”. I know sometimes it might feel hard to shake that story, and there are probably even times where you find yourself believing it. But I promise you that story isn’t true, and it doesn’t have to define your path forward.
Trauma, oppression, anxiety and many other things can shape how we move through the world — how we feel in our bodies, understand ourselves and how we show up in relationships. In therapy, I offer a space to begin gently untangling the stories and strategies that no longer serve you, so that you can live a life that’s richer in joy, meaning and connection
My approach is rooted in narrative and somatic therapies, helping you make meaning of your experiences while reconnecting with your body’s wisdom. I bring empathy, humour, and skillful curiosity to our work — creating a space that’s collaborative, de-shaming, and supportive of your hopes.
I aim to be inclusive of the many ways there are to be a human. I welcome all kinds of people and relationships, including those who are BIPOC, queer, trans, disabled and/or neurodivergent. I bring a feminist, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive lens to my practice.
I'm always happy to connect for a free consult to make sure that we'll be a good fit.

Groups
My Pleasure: A Group for Pleasure After Trauma
Guided by narrative and somatic therapies, this group is designed to help trauma survivors reclaim sexual pleasure and connection. Some of the topics we’ll cover in this group include: feeling into embodied consent; setting boundaries for connection; strategies for navigating triggers in the moment; and communicating needs and desires with partners. Through a combination of small group exercises, larger group discussion and individual journaling, participants will gain skills to develop a more present and pleasurable relationship to their sexuality.
