I'm a clinical therapist providing supervised psychological services to adults and adolescents at Solasta Psychological Services and its Eating Disorder Program, offering assessment, therapy, and parenting support. I have specialized training in trauma-informed, somatic, and emotion-focused treatment methods. My clinical practice is focused on supporting people with trauma, eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and interpersonal issues. I have training and experience working with individuals and families with eating disorders, first responders, and those impacted by adverse childhood experiences.

I regularly draw upon modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, ACT, DBT, EFT, and FBT, offering an eclectic approach.
